In 1994, the Government of Canada owned, operated or subsidized some 150 airports of all sizes International (8), National (12), Regional (50), Arctic (9), and other airports. Some 600 small airfields and airstrips were owned and operated by others under the general regulations of Transport Canada.
Many of our Associates were senior members of the Canadian Air Transportation Administration, which was instrumental in building and operating the Canada's Civil Aviation infrastructure.

- Accident investigation and risk management
- Management of International Airport Projects on behalf various Government of Canada Agencies
- Provision of air traffic control and flight advisory services at all Canadian airports
